A319/320/321 Captains for
positions with
Capital Airlines (Formerly
Deer Air). These are
IMMEDIATE contract assignments and which have excellent
conditions.
Domiciles:
Beijing, Xi'an or Guangzhou (your preference will be accommodated where possible)
Compensation (net/after taxes in China):
US$16,333 made up of:
US$14,000 base service fee per month
US$ 833 travel allowance (US$5,000 reimbursement paid every 6 months)
US$ 1,000 completion bonus (US$24,000 paid at the end of 24 months of service)
US$ 500 flight safety bonus (US$ discretionary paid at the end of each year)
Approximately US$214,000 per year with overtime.
Contract Term:
2 years (renewable)
Work Schedule:
After 6 weeks of duty, off work for 14 days.
No other leave/vacations/holidays are provided.
Benefits:
Accommodations provided by the airline during the initial four-week training period.
Travel allowance during assignment: Up to US$5,000 each six month.
Unlimited ID25 travel on Capital Airlines' network.
Unlimited ID25 travel on Hainan Airlines' network.

Minimum Requirements:
1) 500 hours PIC in type
2) Current in type within 12 months
3) 4,000 hours in total
4) Valid ATPL
5) Valid First Class Medical
6) Valid passport
7) No history of incidents or accidents
8) No criminal records
9) Less than 56 years of age at the start of the assignment
