Compensation: (net/after taxes in China)
Option A: 3 weeks on / 1 weeks off with 20 days annual leave
US$ 20,000 – US$ 20,583 per month made up of:
US$18,000 base service fee per month (80 hours)
US$500 housing/travel allowance
US$833 international ticket allowance (US$10,000/year reimbursed)
US$ 667 bonus per month – Year 1 (paid annually – US$8,000)
US$ 1,000 bonus per month – Year 2 (paid annually – US$12,000)
US$ 1,250 bonus per month – Year 3 (paid annually – US$15,000)
PLUS: $200/hour overtime
Option B: 5 weeks on / 1 weeks off with 24 days annual leave
US$ 19,000 – US$ 19,583 per month made up of:
US$17,000 base service fee per month (80 hours)
US$500 housing/travel allowance
US$833 international ticket allowance (US$10,000/year reimbursed)
US$ 667 bonus per month – Year 1 (paid annually – US$8,000)
