A320 Transition positions with
JuneYao Airlines. These are contract
assignments with excellent conditions.
Plan A: Airline Loans Funds for Transition Training
Interview: SIM Check, CAAC Medical, ATPL Test
CAAC Checkride: B737, B757, B767 or MD-11
Start transition program at the airline's expense, the captain will sign an agreement to borrow the money from the airline for the training.
Plan B: Airline Reimburses Funds for Transition Training
Interview: SIM Check, CAAC Medical, ATPL Test
A320 Type rating at the candidate's own expense
One week training provided by Juneyao
CAAC Checkride: A320
Firstt half of the type rating expense will be reimbursed when signing the contract and the rest will be reimbursed at the end of 2nd service year.
Compensation (net/after taxes in China):
Plan A:
US$6,000 per month during Training
US$8,000 per month during IOE
US$17,000 per month PIC
Plan B:
US$8,000 per month during Training
US$10,000 per month during IOE
US$17,000 per month PIC
US$214,000/year + US$340/hour overtime for hours over 900/year + Annual Bonus
Contract Term: 4 years (renewable)

1) 500 hours PIC in Boeing Aircraft or MD-11
2) Current in type within 12 months

5) Valid First Class Medical
6) Valid passport
7) No history of incidents or accidents
8) No criminal records
9) 30 to 56 years of age at the start of the assignment
